Hi peeps!!! Now my specal post today is about talents! Do any of you guys out there have any talents? Well, I do!!!=] It is a funny talent which is slightly educatinol.I use it to annoy my friends. It is… I can sing Yakko’s World! So you have never heard of Yakko’s world.Cries… Excuse me….. Ok me better! It is a song where Yakko Warner, my fave Warner on a show called Animaniacs, (Google it) sings all of the countrys of the world. I am gonna sing it for my talent show. I wont put you in terror and agony by singing it! Anyways, I want to say that I have other talents too. I can sing all the states + their capitols, I can sing all the presidents, I can do my Back handspring it’s all really fun, yet creepy….. Ok. I’m gonna go off my topic now. Did you hear what happend with Hannah Montana? My friend Brandi said she is getting kicked off of Disney channel. The new Vanessa Anne Hudgins.. Ok! Cell Phone Fact

Here is something you could do with your cell phone that you might have never known.

If you ever locked your keys in the car and your car have remote keyless entry. This may come in handy someday. Good reason to own a cell phone: If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their cell phone from your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you.   Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other “remote” for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).

The Gravity of Being Green

Aloha Folks!

No, my title doesn’t have anything to do with space or green aliens, I’m talking about the environment. This may be something you have all heard before, but this is important and something we should all be thinking about - especially during current circumstances.

So, you’re probably not asking yourself what you can do to help. Well guess what? I’m going to tell you anyway! There a few obvious ones that you have most likely heard before…but please think about what is here and if you can apply it to your home or work/school. So without further ado, here is ‘Anonymous’ List of Green Things You Can Do to Help’:

1.    Install energy saving light bulbs (Hint: They are the swirly cool ones!)

2.    Make sure all your appliances are running properly as if they are damaged they use more energy.

3.    Buy energy saving appliances in the first place and if possible replace old dodgy stuff with new, four star ones.

4.    Turn electrical equipment off when it’s not being used and try not to leave ‘stand by’ modes on because you’re better off just turning it off.

5.    Plant as many plants, shrubs and trees as you can and try to resist pulling out that grass when you are sitting around on the ground outside – because it is true, every bit counts.

6.    Always do full loads of washing. Don’t do lots of small loads because they still use the same amount of water as a large load.

7.    Try not to use a clothes dryer if you can.  A clothesline is just as good and your clothes will dry nicely in the sun and not smell of dryerness…ew.

8.    Walk, ride your bike or horse or run places as much as possible rather than taking a car. If these aren’t an option, try taking public transport. This will save you money on fuel and possibly give you and your dog some exercise! (By the way, that’s not me… :mrgeen

9.    Use the right settings for washing machines, irons etc. to maximize efficiency and reduce use.

  10.  Have fun while saving energy! Remember that you don’t have to be madly stict with these guidelines, and that’s just what they are. You can think of more things you can do, I’m sure – so try them out.

Or environment is a very important and instable thing. One little car can make a huge impact, therefore so can you, for example, installing an energy saving light bulb. Everything you do counts, no matter how small. So please encourage others to help out. Tell your workplace, school, community group. Tell your teachers and friends, the more you help the better off we all are. J

 Why?

I’ve experienced a sort of bullying in my life, and I was ten years old at the time. Me and my sister were at the park, and some older kids were on some swings, and they started yelling at us saying, “Don’t look at us, if you do, we’ll punch your face in!” I was scared, really scared. But my sister looked straight at the kid who had said that and just stared at her. The girl got off the swing, and walked towards us. I remember her bright red hair, and I remember the other kids looking at her, wondering what she was going to do. She stopped in front of us, and then she looked at me. I knew she saw that I was scared, but I just wanted to go home. I was holding my sister’s hand tightly, and wouldn’t let go. But my sister just stared straight at her, no fear showing in her eyes. Finally, the girl backed away, muttering something under her breath. I don’t know what she said, and I didn’t care. Finally, me and my sister went home. As a ten year old, I was scared spitless when someone tried to bully us. But my sister didn’t even flinch. She wouldn’t back down. Let me ask you, what do you think would have been better? To do what they say, and just ignore them, or not back down, and show them you aren’t afraid?

Animals aren’t our slaves

Yo everyone! This is a Cliché of Josh’s deepy posts…

First of All, I want to say that the point of this Post is not to say that “we don’t have to eat animals”, this texts points more to the cruelty to animals. The other day while I was surfing through Internet, I found out some videos in which they burned a cat, and on other one two guys throwing a cat through a window. It was like sooo cruel and pathetic to see what humans can do just to have fun. Here is an extract from a book called “Animal Farm” by George Orwell. Here in England is a classic. In this extract a pig is talking (Lol)

“Man is the only creature that consumes without producing. He does not give milk, he does not lay eggs, he is too weak to pull the plough, he cannot run fast enough to catch rabbits. Yet he is the lord of all the animals. He sets them to workhe gives back to them a misrable portion of food and the rest he keeps it for himself. And even the miserable lives we lead are not allowed to reach their natural span, when our usefulness has come to an end we are slaughtered with hideous cruelty.

 Never listen when they tell you that Man and the Animals have common interest, all men are enemies.”

So think again, are Animals our slaves? Could they live without us?  I think it is more likely that we are their slaves… I mean, without them, we would not survive.

So think again the next time you think you are superior than animals!!

Hi!  How ya doin’?

I have news in the Author Contest.  Entries are now closed.  We received a grand total of 17 entries, which is awesome!

What happens now?

I have added all 17 people who entered as “Contributers” on the site.  Contributers can post, but before their post is shown to the public, I (the admin) must approve it. 

The task for the 17 contributers is to make a post.  Here are the guidelines:

-Less than 500 words

-Your post must not contain who you are, your site, or anything like that.

-It can not be an introductory post (introducing yourself)

The point of this is to keep your identity a secret.  You can post about anything you like, whether it be about the weather, a current issue, something funny, about your pet giraffe, anything!  As long as you do not mention who you are in the post or anything that people can figure out who you are.

Those people need to have made the post by Friday, May 9th. 

On Saturday, May 10th, I will make another post regarding the Author Contest.  In the post will be everyone’s posts that they have made.  But nobody will know who’s post is who’s. 

You are not allowed to tell people what post is yours.

Next week, there will be a poll for which post was the best.  The results of that poll will determine who the new authors will be.

Thanks for your responses in the Site Rating.  Those figured will help me in the future to make new pages and improve old ones and stuff like that.  The top rated page was probably “Bio”.  Contests and Storybuilder had mixed responses.  ur pick and Challenges were rated fairly low, as were Ideas and Chat.  Post Content and Appearance were rated ok to good.

Yes, I feel better now, not 100%, but my sore throat is no longer sore and stuff.  Just got a cough and a runny nose.  Thank’s for your nice messages and stuff ;)  No I mean it lol.

Anyways, I just need to tidy a few things up.

Ultimate Ads has been closed down and *dun dun dun* deleted because I’m afraid it just isn’t working, lol.

Well, listen, I haven’t written a deep post in ages, so I’m going to write one now.

Without those stupid Club Penguin Blogs, I probably would’nt know any of the people I now know through WordPress. 

People are constantly asked why they actually have a blog about a stupid game like Club Penguin.  Their response: To help others.

To help others HOW exactly?

By giving away secrets?  I’m pretty sure secrets are put in games to be discovered by individuals.  Not spread everywhere.  Hence the word “secrets”.

Sharing hacks?  Hacking is illegal, and it is appalling that children hack games when they are so young.  The hackers of Club Penguin today are the criminals of tomorrow.

Becoming famous?  On a game where you are a tiny avatar of a penguin???

Making videos…and posting them on Youtube to get famous?

I’ve said this alot, you can’t get famous on a game. 

But back to the point, why do you help?

You say you want to help, this could relate to anything, and you do (or at least I hope you do), but think about this for a moment.  Why do you help? 

Do you help to get recognition for it, or do you help because it is the right thing to do?
